Founding Engagement - $30,000, six weeks, fixed scope.
For a vendor with a live OpenAI or Anthropic workflow and a named review open inside 90 days. We map the questionnaire, produce a synthetic or de-identified specimen from your workflow, ask your named reviewer to mark every requirement accepted, rejected or missing in writing, and deliver the gap map and the revalidation plan for the next model or policy change. 50% at signature, 50% at delivery. Gatekeeper supplies record-level evidence for review. It does not certify HIPAA or SOC 2 compliance, replace a hospital's review, or validate clinical correctness. Production PHI requires a BAA, retention and backup policies, and counsel clearance, set up with the customer.
